Letter from the President

Welcome to the Spring 2023 edition of Coastline! April 13, 2023 marks the 50th anniversary since the founding of California Coast University. It has been quite an adventure through the years and a lot has changed. Back in 1973, we started out mailing our courses to students across the country and around the world. Now, we offer our programs 100% online. We are proud to serve and support the thousands of students and graduates through these many years who are reaching their educational goals and making a difference in their worlds.

While the world has become an increasingly smaller place and much more interconnected, education has been a constant and one of the great equalizers. Through education, people have an opportunity to help themselves reach their dreams, to advance their careers, and to provide greater security for their families. Education has the power to help people raise themselves out of poverty and help find solutions to problems that confront our world. California Coast University is humbled to be a part of the educational journey of our students and graduates.

Our commitment and mission began to offer quality and affordable educational programs for students and that mission continues to this day. We ask you to join in our 50th anniversary celebration and we look forward to the next 50 years!
