As the accreditor for California Coast University, the Distance Education Accrediting Committee (DEAC) holds a conference and workshop each year in various locations around the country. CCU regularly attends all of the workshops and conferences, along with completing online training.

For the second year in a row, California Coast University staff members joined the nearly 1 million participants in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Newport Beach, CA.
