CCU Rental Library Book Rental Fee Increase 2020

By CCU Staff

The mission of the California Coast University rental library is to offer a cost-effective alternative for our students to obtain their required textbooks. For this, we try to keep our tuition and textbook costs as low as possible to help make education affordable to all our students. From time to time, we find we must make an adjustment to our fees.

Due to the rising cost of textbooks and shipping fees, we find it necessary to increase the cost of a textbook rental from $30.00 to $35.00 effective January 1, 2020. The textbook deposit will remain $50.00 and the rental period will remain 120 days.

Any textbook rental order received after January 1, 2020 will be charged $35.00, along with the deposit of $50.00 per book.

Thank you for your understanding. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or if you need information on alternate sources to obtain your textbooks. We look forward to continuing to assist you to reach your educational goals.
