Tuition


Tuition at California Coast University is based on a cost per unit of credit. There are no additional fees or charges for admittance, instruction or awarding of a degree, as long as the student remains academically and financially current.
Textbooks are not included in tuition fees.

Students are not permitted to enroll in a single course, at this time.
 

For example, Undergraduate Contiguous U.S. students will pay $110.00 per unit, each course is 3 units, equaling $330.00 (per course). Graduate Contiguous U.S. students will pay $210.00 per unit, each course is 3 units, equaling $630.00 (per course).

Undergraduate students outside the Contiguous U.S. will pay $130.00 per unit, each course is 3 units, equaling $390.00 (per course). Graduate students outside the Contiguous U.S. will pay $240.00 per unit, each course is 3 units, equaling $720.00 (per course).

Outside Contiguous U.S. includes AK, AS, FM, GU, HI, MH, MP, PR, PW, and U.S. VI


Tuition Payment Plans
California Coast University


Plan A:If a student pays the total tuition for the degree program, in a single payment within two weeks of the date of acceptance of this agreement, they are entitled to deduct $300.00 from the total program tuition. The University must receive the tuition balance within that two-week period to qualify for the discount.

Plan B: If a student pays fifty percent (50%) of the total tuition for the degree program, in a single payment within two weeks of the date of acceptance of this agreement, they are entitled to deduct $150.00 from the unpaid balance. The University must receive the 50% payment within that two-week period to qualify for the discount. The remaining balance will be paid at $100.00 per month, beginning one month from the official enrollment date. No interest will be charged on the unpaid balance, however late fees will be assessed on all past due balances.

Plan C: A student will make a payment of $500.00 toward the total tuition for the degree program in a single payment within two weeks of the date of acceptance. The remaining balance will be paid at $100.00 per month, beginning one month from the official enrollment date. No interest will be charged on the unpaid balance, however late fees will be assessed on all past due balances.

*The non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is in addition to the cost per unit charge.

CCU has selected the SLM Corporation, commonly known as Sallie Mae©, to help the university provide financing for its students. Sallie Mae© is the nation's leading provider of education funding. Sallie Mae© also allows students to borrow additional loan amounts to cover additional expenses, such as textbooks, equipment, or living expenses. Sallie Mae© also offers comprehensive information and resources to assist students, parents and guidance professionals with the financial aid process. Tuition Assistance
CCU is in the DANTES (Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Educational Support) Catalog of Nationally Accredited Distance Learning Programs (NADLP). CCU is approved to allow the payment of educational assistance benefits to active military members through DANTES. For more information on using your DANTES TA, click here.

Veterans Affairs
CCU's degree programs are approved to allow the payment of educational assistance benefits to veterans and other eligible persons under the programs administered by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). For more information on using your VA benefits, click here.
