What are Official Transcripts & how do I get them?

Official Transcripts are transcripts received by the University in a sealed envelope directly from the schools you attended. Official Transcripts lists all of the courses you completed while attending a college or university.

This document is used during the evaluation process to determine how much transfer credit can be awarded. You may download forms for requesting official transcripts by following this link: Admissions Forms

Foreign Degrees and Transcripts

The University's policy regarding foreign credentials requires that students utilize a credential evaluation service for the translation of any foreign transcript.

Credentials for admission must be documented in English. Applicants with non-U.S. educational credentials must first obtain a foreign credential evaluation from an independent U.S. evaluation service approved by the University.

Listed below are some reliable providers of international transcription and degree equivalency evaluations:

What is a Challenge Examination?

A Challenge Examination allows a student to challenge a course by completing a multiple choice examination covering the content of the entire course, similar to a Final Examination. A detailed explanation of Challenge Examinations may be found by following this link: Challenge Examination

Is it possible to do the Bachelor of Science degree without first doing the Associate of Science degree?

Yes. It is possible to be admitted into a bachelors degree program without first doing the associates degree. Yet, it may be desirable for a student to complete the associate's program, then apply into the bachelor's program. This is because many of the courses completed in the associate's program would transfer into the bachelor's program in the same discipline.
