Diversity in Global and Multicultural Organizations aims to expand and deepen awareness for the educational leader of the global and multicultural society in which we live. Educational leaders must be prepared to deal with issues of cultural diversity, racism, and the challenges raised by individuals and groups whose roots lie in countries, cultures, and belief systems which increasingly define the American experience and necessitate informed cross-cultural interactions in the workplace.
